We were not expecting the level of amenities as the kitchen not only being fully outfitted with all you'd need, but also with quality cookware and appliances. We were able to cook all week! Another perk was the ample dining space, both in and outdoors. We loved seeing water outside the front and back windows - very peaceful. We watched ospreys, herons, and bald eagles, and by kayaking to the end of the canal, you can see the eagles nest. Great selection of beach play items, and we loved kayaking. Bedrooms were very comfortable and most bathrooms accessible for our grandparents who needed walk in showers. Everything was very clean. Only complaints were that the dehumidifier hadn't been emptied downstairs, so it was musty, and power was out under the house and in the front of the lower room. Communication wasn't instant, so we never got it resolved. Would've been glad to have another week and definitely hope to come back!" (10/5)
