This place was a 10/10 for a Memorial Day weekend trip. Very short walk across the street to the beach. The house was 10/10 clean and with the included amenities and towels/showercare it was easy to keep the house and ourselves clean. Will definitley be back to stay here again. Plus good restaurants with a mile each direction!!
Side-by-side 8-plex across the street from direct beach access walkway. Some of 8-plex have permanent residents or tenants. We had downstairs unit. Clean with good amenities. One bedroom and one full bath with kitchen and sitting area. Nice deck on back. Did not use or view the pool. Walking distance to two restaurants - Shrimp Basket, and Lillian's Pizza (w/Sig's breakfast food truck in parking lot). Could hear upstairs unit walking on the floor and shower running, but was not really an issue. We were there for a wedding off Perdido Key on Big Lagoon. Was a perfect spot if you just need basic amenities and a nice location.
The noise from upstairs neighbors was a problem. They were up early and were not quiet. As with other reviewers, this caused sleep challenges. We also had a hard time with the mattress and bed. It was very unstable and knocked into the wall if we rolled over.
