We didn't start in a boardroom, we started in the field. Our background in housekeeping gave us a ground-level understanding of what it takes to keep a property truly guest-ready.
That insight is why we founded LunaSol. We saw owners being underserved by companies that treated homes like inventory. We built something different, boutique, hands-on, and shaped by real hospitality from the inside out.

His focus on strategic pricing, innovative technology, and personalized service helps homeowners maximize their investment while ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional stay.
Barbara Franko
Operations Manager — Barbara leads LunaSol's daily operations, ensuring every property is meticulously maintained and every guest receives exceptional service. Her background in commercial property management, real estate, and contractor coordination allows her to proactively manage homes with professionalism and attention to detail.
Pedro Mendez
Director of Marketing — Pedro combines creative branding with strategic marketing to strengthen both the LunaSol brand and the performance of every property we represent. “We absolutely loved our stay. Beach was only 3 minutes away and everything you needed was within 30 minutes or less of driving time. Plenty of restaurants and things to do in the area as well. House was absolutely beautiful and was everything a more as it was pictured. We definitely plan on staying again next time we are in the area.”
