We didn't start in a boardroom, we started in the field. Our background in housekeeping gave us a ground-level understanding of what it takes to keep a property truly guest-ready.
That insight is why we founded LunaSol. We saw owners being underserved by companies that treated homes like inventory. We built something different, boutique, hands-on, and shaped by real hospitality from the inside out.

Barbara Franko
Operations Manager — Barbara leads LunaSol's daily operations, ensuring every property is meticulously maintained and every guest receives exceptional service. Her background in commercial property management, real estate, and contractor coordination allows her to proactively manage homes with professionalism and attention to detail.
Pedro Mendez

“This was a great spot for a three day weekend for my girlfriend and I. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, having some cold drink drinks, as well as our coffee in the morning overlooking the canal. If you are a super light sleeper, you might consider some type of a noise machine for when people walk upstairs. It is pretty loud. It didn’t bother us at all, however. Overall, this is a great spot and you should feel super comfortable booking it”
