To stay proactive, we charge a small monthly maintenance fee and an annual linen fee to keep your property consistently guest-ready. There are no upfront costs — all fees are simply deducted from your first owner statement.

How quickly can my property go live?

Most properties are live and accepting bookings within 1–2 weeks of signing. This includes our onboarding inspection, professional photography, smart home setup, and listing creation across all major platforms.

Can I still use my home for personal stays?

Absolutely. You retain full access to your property. Simply block your preferred dates in your owner portal and we'll work around your schedule. We encourage early blocking to avoid conflicts with confirmed guest reservations.

How do you handle maintenance and emergencies?

Our local team conducts regular inspections and coordinates all routine maintenance. For emergencies we have 24/7 on-call support. For any repair over your pre-approved threshold we contact you before proceeding — you're always in the loop.
