Managing a Pensacola Beach home or condo
Pensacola Beach is owned by Escambia County and directed by the Santa Rosa Island Authority; according to the county, about 40% of the island is leased for residential and commercial use. Your property's lease or ownership terms are part of the rental picture, so we review them with you before setting up management.
In Florida, an entire home or condo rented more than three times in a calendar year for stays shorter than 30 days or one calendar month, or advertised as regularly rented, generally needs a vacation rental license from the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR). Escambia County also collects a 5% Tourist Development Tax on stays of six months or less. We help owners set up and keep these accounts current.

This was a good place to stay. Clean house. My kids enjoyed being able to spend time in the Pool. The hosts were quick to respond to all my messages.
Such a gem of a place! Perdido Key is near and dear to my heart, it is a great little area. So peaceful, and just beautiful. This house was perfect for me and 2 of my friends. Great location, super quiet and when we checked in the house was immaculately clean. Loved the quick walk to the beach, the private pool and being close to lots of local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

The stay was beautiful given the circumstances! We did end up checking in a day late due to the hurricane and it was just fine. We did not have Wi-Fi but that is not on LunaSol they were so responsive and helpful throughout the whole stay and made sure we were taken care of the best they could. I appreciate lunasol and would highly recommend them, I would gladly stay again at a property under better circumstances hopefully!
