My family and I were very happy with our stay. The house exceeded our expectations and was located in a quiet neighborhood making it easy to relax and unwind. We enjoyed seeing many birds and a few dolphins from the back deck.

Beautiful view, quiet and very walkable neighborhood, well-stocked kitchen, lots of space and comfy beds. Only complaint would be lack of curtains in the upstairs bedrooms made for early morning sun streaming in, but overall great house and wonderful visit!

Our son was doing training in Pensacola, and so we decided on a family trip and this home was truly a home away from home for all of us. It was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, it is a spacious space, and as so many others have mentioned the sites of dolphins, pelicans, the sunrise and sunset were all just incredible little gifts. We were such a quick drive away from his base, beautiful beaches, Alabama, grocery stores, exploring sites- you name it. Our family definitely recommends this home to any family looking for a beautiful space to have room and yet still be cozy. All the while enjoying the nature that surrounds it. Thank you again to the hosts, we are incredibly grateful.

Wonderful place to stay while visiting our son. Grandparents and parents all felt comfortable and relaxed during the visit. We will be back during our next visit.

This is the first time we have stayed on the bay and it was perfect! The house is in a quiet neighborhood with incredible views of the bay. It is beautifully appointed and was very clean. We will be back!

Super place to stay...beautiful views from just about every window🤗 The beds were comfy and the layout of the house was GREAT...the property managers were quick to respond to any questions we had...would definitely recommend this property❤️❤️❤️

Family of four stayed for a long weekend and wanted to avoid the large condos along Perdido Key. This gorgeous home sits in a quiet and friendly neighborhood with a beautiful view of Big Lagoon. Family enjoyed being close to activities and beaches but having our own quiet place to stay. Kids loves seeing dolphins swimming by at dusk. If you’re ok with paying a little more for a private setting, this house is worth it.

The house was amazing and the beds were awesome!! I was a little disappointed because in the pics it gave me the impression the it was oceanfront. If this property had a pool it would've been perfect!

The home was absolutely beautiful and had all of the things we needed. Unfortunately while we were there, the hot tub didn't work, however, those things happen sometimes. We had issues contacting the property team the weeks leading up to our stay, however, we found a phone number that worked and enabled us to secure details. Overall, you will NOT be disappointed in this place - book it today! I will definitely be back!

House was as described and clean… communication with Perdido properties was excellent. Spa had some maintenance issues and we were made aware as we began our stay - unfortunate, but there was no surprise. Great house with great floor plan.

I don't know where to start...from the time you walk in the front door and then see the view with the amazing open floor plan....you are thinking to yourself, now this is living. I stayed with my fiance and 5 month old who loved going down to the beach everyday to play in sand. We grabbed a small blow up pool filled it shallow and stuck umbrella in sand and he splashed everyday. Read a review before we stayed about jacuzzi not working. It is fully functional. I just dont do cuzzi in summer. All around i would gave 20 stars if i could.

We planned our first trip to Pensacola. We weren’t disappointed! One of our most enjoyable and memorable vacations. Our accommodations were perfect. We had lots of space to spend time with lots of family. The large deck and the views were amazing. Can’t wait to go back.

We absolutely loved our week at the house. The views were gorgeous. The beds were perfect. Loved having a King size for everyone. The house was well appointed. Just need to Remember to bring beach towels, cooler and beach chairs. But we picked those up around the corner. Close to the National Seashore which was a perfect beach. Watched the Blue Angels from the deck. Couldn’t have asked for a better week. Perdido Properties was awesome to work with. We will be back!

Absolutely beautiful home. Spacious, pristine and beyond comfortable. Patio was even larger than what the pictures online suggested. Beach access via the state park was 5 min away. Sand area located in the back was perfect for relaxing. There was even enough room to hit the volleyball around. Neighborhood was gorgeous and we especially enjoyed the quietness. I am putting this property in my Favs list for future beach trips. Will absolutely stay here again. Can’t say enough great things about Perdido Properties. Responsive, accommodating, and professional.

The house was perfectly located and had everything we needed for a great family getaway. We had easy access to NAS and saw the Blue Angels at the air show. We played golf at Hidden Key nearby and used the grill and well appointed kitchen for making meals and memories. The property manager was attentive and responsive and even let us have a late checkout. Highly recommend this house.

The stay was perfect. Plenty of room and we had the perfect place to share time with family. I wish we were there under different circumstances but the home was gorgeous and perfect place to share memories with family. Would love to come back and visit longer.
