LunaSol Vacations (LSV) provides services that connect homeowners or authorized representatives who have units or properties to rent with guests or tenants seeking to rent such units or properties, as well as certain Rental Management Services for the guests and owners (collectively, the “Services”). These services are accessible at www.lunasolvacations.com, applications for mobile devices, application programming interfaces (APIs), phone centers, the units themselves, devices at the accommodations, and any other websites and other access points through which LSV makes the services available (collectively, the Site). Reference to the services includes your use of the Site and content. Check-in begins at 4PM CST. During peak season periods, check-in may be delayed due to our commitment to providing a clean and inspected unit. If you plan to arrive after 4PM CST, please email us at [email protected] so we can best adjust the cleaning schedule and prepare your rental. If you enter the rental before check-in time during peak season (March through August) without approval, a $150 early check-in fee will be charged to the card on file. Check-out is at 10AM CST. Please call or text us at 850-791-3095 if you will be departing early. Late departures (after 10AM) are subject to a charge of an additional day (if available), which will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. Departure instructions will be provided before arrival. Missing items such as keys, arm bands, parking passes, fobs, or lanyards will be charged at the guest’s expense. Lost keys will result in rekeying charges. LSV is not responsible for items left behind but will return them if found, for a $10 handling fee plus shipping costs. Lost and found items are kept for 30 days. There is a non-refundable $75.00 damage protection fee per reservation to cover incidental damages up to $250 if reported during your stay. Damages not reported or damages exceeding $250 will be charged to the card on file. Purposeful damages are not covered. LSV inspects units before and after each stay. Booking a reservation authorizes LSV to charge for damages not covered or reported. Pets and smoking are not allowed inside units, balconies, patios, service halls, or elevators. Any violation will result in immediate eviction without refund and may result in fines imposed by the resort. Triggering smoke alarms (even via vapors or sprays) will also result in fines. No pets are allowed at any time, including those belonging to visitors, unless otherwise noted. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license. Some properties may have different age restrictions, and these will be noted on the property listing. The qualifying renter must occupy the property throughout the stay. Underage renters will be denied access without refund. LSV provides an initial set of supplies: dish towels, kitchen equipment, bed linens, one bath towel set per person, one roll of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash liners, laundry detergent (if applicable), and basic toiletries. Guests are responsible for bringing or purchasing additional supplies once the initial items are used. Additional housekeeping and linen services are available for an extra fee by contacting LSV at 850-791-3095. LSV maintains high standards for housekeeping. Please report any housekeeping concerns immediately upon arrival. Departure cleaning includes sanitizing the property, remaking beds with clean linens, and cleaning the bathrooms. Guests are expected to load and start the dishwasher and dispose of garbage properly. Extra charges apply if cleaning requirements are not followed. LSV provides linens (excluding beach towels). Linens damaged by makeup, tanning products, or other non-accidental damages will be charged to the guest at replacement cost. Missing or heavily soiled linens are also subject to replacement fees. Guests must report any maintenance issues immediately. LSV will coordinate necessary repairs as quickly as possible. No refunds or rate adjustments will be given for mechanical failures, utility interruptions, or amenity closures beyond LSV’s control. In the event of an after-hours emergency, please call 850-791-3095. Service calls caused by guest actions, such as lockouts or improper use of equipment, may result in a minimum $40 fee, with higher charges applicable for after-hours or weekend services. Some properties require parking passes, which may or may not be included in your rental fees. Guests will be notified prior to arrival if additional charges apply. Parking availability is limited, particularly during peak season. No boats, jet skis, or motorhomes are permitted unless stated otherwise. Guests must supervise children and vulnerable individuals around pools, spas, docks, and the Gulf at all times. Do not tamper with safety alarms or gates. If the property includes a dock, guests must verify boat compatibility with the dock specifications. LSV assumes no responsibility for the fit or safety of guest watercraft. Most properties include cable TV and internet, but service interruptions are not grounds for refunds. Internet connections vary and may require an Ethernet cable for optimal service. Guests are asked to conserve electricity and water. Running AC while windows or doors are open may result in HVAC damage, and guests will be charged for service calls related to improper use. Your unit may be listed for sale. If so, you will be given 24-hour notice prior to any scheduled showings during your stay. If the property is sold before or during your stay, LSV will attempt to relocate you or issue a refund as applicable. All rentals are privately owned and individually decorated. No refunds or relocations will be made due to décor preferences or furnishing updates made by owners without prior notice. Guests must report any issues within one hour of arrival. Once your stay has ended, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including weather events, maintenance issues, or noise disturbances. If a reserved unit becomes unavailable prior to check-in, LSV will attempt to relocate guests to a comparable unit or issue a refund (less the administrative fee) if no substitute can be found. Owners agree to deliver clean and ready properties. Guests must allow reasonable time for LSV to address any concerns raised after check-in. Guests should report housekeeping issues within two hours of arrival. Guests are responsible for behaving reasonably, reporting damages, holding LSV harmless from liability claims, evacuating if mandatory orders are issued, and complying with community, city, state, and federal laws. The maximum occupancy for a unit must not be exceeded. Visitors are not allowed after 10PM CST. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM CST. Misconduct, illegal activity, or exceeding occupancy limits may result in eviction without refund. Guests evicted for cause will forfeit all prepaid amounts. Guests assume all risk when using property amenities, including pools, docks, and outdoor areas. Guests agree to hold LSV and property owners harmless from any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during occupancy. LSV is not a real estate agency or brokerage. We specialize exclusively in short-term vacation rental management and guest services. Our focus is to provide quality vacation experiences by managing privately owned properties for short-term stays. Guests who violate the rental agreement or resort policies may be evicted without refund. Confirming your reservation constitutes agreement to these terms.
