1. Eligibility

Participants must be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Open to legal residents of the United States only. Employees of LunaSol Vacations, their immediate family members, affiliates, and event partners are not eligible to enter. Limit one (1) entry per person.

2. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive a 2-night stay at Serenity Reef – Unit A, managed by LunaSol Vacations. Stay dates are fixed for December 5–6, 2024 and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled. Additional details: Prize includes lodging only Transportation, food, travel expenses, and any add-ons are not included Prize has no cash value Prize may not be exchanged for alternative dates, units, or credits No reimbursements, credits, or modifications will be provided for any reason

3. How to Enter

To qualify, entrants must complete the following: Like the most recent LunaSol Vacations reel Giveaway closes at run time during the event No purchase necessary to enter or win A purchase does not increase chances of winning 

4. Winner Selection & Notification 

One (1) winner will be selected at random and announced live at the event. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If no response is received, LunaSol Vacations may select an alternate winner. Winner may be required to provide proof of age and identity. 

 5. Conditions of Stay 

The winner agrees to comply with all property rules, HOA guidelines, and LunaSol Vacations rental policies, as listed on the official Serenity Reef – Unit A listing. This includes: No parties or events Respectful conduct toward neighbors Compliance with occupancy and parking limits Following check-in/check-out instructions Adhering to quiet hours Failure to follow rules may result in immediate removal from the property without refund. LunaSol Vacations is not responsible for weather conditions or any event outside of their control. 

 6. Release of Liability 

By entering, participants agree to release LunaSol Vacations, its employees, affiliates, and partners from all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.
