Official Terms & Conditions 1. Eligibility Entrants must be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Open to legal residents of the United States only. Employees of LunaSol Vacations, their immediate families, affiliates, and promotional partners are not eligible to participate. Limit one entry per person. An additional entry may be earned by sharing the giveaway post to your Instagram story. 2. Prize Details One (1) winner will receive a 2-night stay at Dune Dreams, located on Perdido Key Drive, Florida. Stay dates are fixed for August 15–17, 2025, and may not be rescheduled or exchanged. The unit sleeps a maximum of 4 guests, and only one (1) vehicle is permitted for parking at the complex. The prize includes lodging only. No travel, transportation, meals, or additional expenses are included. The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for other properties or dates. No credits, reimbursements, or modifications will be granted under any circumstances. 3. The winner must claim their prize by responding within 48 hours of the announcement. If the selected winner does not respond within that timeframe, an alternate winner may be chosen. Proof of age and identity may be required to confirm eligibility. 5. Conditions of Stay Winner must agree to and follow all LunaSol Vacations rental policies and HOA rules, as outlined on the official Dune Dreams listing page. No parties or unauthorized events are permitted. Guests must comply with quiet hours and respectful conduct toward neighbors at all times. Any violation of house rules may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund. No refunds/ changes, even if weather does not live up to standard. We are not responsible for bad weather. 6. Release of Liability By participating, all entrants agree to release and hold harmless LunaSol Vacations, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the awarded prize. 7.
